Are you interested in learning more about continuous discovery?
Learning research shows that we learn by doing. It’s not enough to read an article or two, we need to apply what we read before we can internalize it.
All of these programs are designed to get you hands-on practice with continuous discovery skills.
Courses
I offer a series of online courses designed to help busy product folks develop the skills they need to improve their continuous discovery practice. From an introductory course on the basic elements of a good discovery to a 4-week practice-based course on customer interviewing to a self-paced guide to an end-to-end discovery framework, there’s something for everyone here. Participate from anywhere in the world. Courses are priced to fit within most people’s professional development budget. Learn more here.
Virtual Workshops
Covid-19 has turned our world upside down, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop investing in our teams. We’ve redesigned our two-day Continuous Discovery Habits workshop into a six-part virtual workshop series. Designed for teams to work in product trios, this series consists of live instruction, interactive group activities, and plenty of tips, tools, and frameworks that can be put into practice right away. We offer both public and private virtual workshops. Workshops are a great way of introducing your whole team to a new way of working. You can find upcoming public events here. Coaching
Coaching is a high-touch, custom, learning experience and is designed for companies where the Head of Product has decided to invest in continuous discovery. It is not a good option for individuals as it tends to fall outside the typical professional development budget. If you are a product leader and your teams need help adopting a regular cadence of customer interviews, rapid prototyping, and product experiments, then coaching may be a great option for you.
