Define Success Upfront

Guard against confirmation bias and team disagreements by agreeing on success before you run your tests.

A NOTE FROM THE COURSE DESIGNER

THE "FLIPPED CLASSROOM"

This course follows a "flipped classroom" model.

Each week, you'll receive a content module that you will work through on your own time. You'll get articles to read, videos to watch, and short exercises to complete. Each module is designed to take 45-60 minutes to complete.

During our live sessions, we'll work together to apply the module content to a case study. Our goal is to put what we learned into practice right away.

Your instructor is available during the live sessions to answer questions, give feedback, and to facilitate class discussion. We are also available in between sessions via Slack.

Let's recap, each week you'll:

  • Get a content module to review on your own.
  • Apply what you learned to an interactive case-study in an instructor-led live session.
  • Get support from our engaged course community.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course meet?

We'll meet live for 90-minutes each week. During week one, we'll review how the course works and make sure you are setup for success. During weeks 2-5, we'll meet for 90 minutes where we'll briefly review the week's instructional content and then dive right into practice. In between course sessions, you'll have about 45-60 minutes of homework to complete on your own. We offer this course several times throughout the year. For specific course dates, see the "Upcoming Cohorts" section above.

What if I can't attend one of the class sessions?

This course is designed to get you hands-on practice. We strongly recommend that you sign up for dates that best fit your schedule. However, if something comes up and you are not able to attend a session, you'll still get value out of the remaining sessions.

How long do I have access to the instructional content?

You'll have access to all of the instructional content for 3-months starting from the course kick-off.

What's your refund policy?

We accommodate all refund requests up until two weeks before the course start date. Due to high demand and limited capacity in our courses, we are not able to issue refunds after this date. We recommend that you choose the cohort that best fits your schedule and that you plan accordingly.

What if I missed the refund deadline and I can no longer take the course?

If you are unable to attend the course and you missed the refund deadline, we do allow you to transfer your ticket to another student up until 7 days before the course starts. Unfortunately, due to limitations of our course platform, we are not able to make any roster changes within a week of the course start date.

“The content was clear and broken down into digestible parts with good examples. The live sessions brought everything to life and it suddenly felt much more clear. I feel I can go away and have a go at this with my team.”
